The EPX1250 from Yaskawa is a cost effective painting robot that minimizes wastage of materials, and has low operating costs. It is specifically used in the automotive and industrial coating applications. Its compact, robust 6-axes design has a protection level of II2D Ex p IIIC T135°C Db IP66 and II2G Ex px IIC T4 Gb.

It has a maximum payload of 5 kg with a maximum reach p-point of 1256 mm and repeatability of ±0.15 mm. The robot can be mounted either on the ceiling, on the floor, or on the wall.
